Avamere at Yakima

Avamere at Yakima offers memory care and assisted living services to seniors in the Yakima Valley area of central Washington. Our campus enjoys a quiet location with wonderful valley views, while still being near exciting attractions. Our residents enjoy day trips through the Columbia Gorge, scenic drives in the Cascade Mountains, regional winery tours, as well as festivals and casino visits in nearby towns.

Our beautiful community includes a restaurant style-dining room, elegant common areas and an inviting courtyard. All public and private spaces are designed to accommodate mobility devices and encourage socialization. Residents can participate in a variety of activities such as happy hours, yoga, humor club and live entertainment.

We offer varying levels of care for those needing just a little assistance, as well as specialized care for our residents facing challenges from dementia or Alzheimer’s. Our staff is able to assist with:

Our apartments are available as suites, studios, one- and two-bedroom units and feature many conveniences, including:
